• Advised Jadwa Investment on the sale of the stake in AlMeswak Dental Clinic from a fund managed by it to a newly formed fund managed by it and to Gulf Islamic Investments LLC valued at USD 530 million.

• Advised multiple multinational fashion brands on restructuring their businesses in Saudi Arabia in favor of directly investing in joint ventures in Saudi Arabia.

• Advised a leading multinational pharmaceutical company on the reorganization of its business units following the acquisition of a business unit from another leading multinational pharmaceutical company.

• Advised a Saudi lubricants and automotive services company in connection with its proposed multijurisdictional sale of a significant minority stake in its lubricants business unit.

• Advised a Saudi real estate investment company in connection with its proposed SAR 2.2 billion acquisition of a company that owns a valuable parcel of land in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
