Seher Budak is a member of Baker McKenzie's International Commercial & Trade Group in Stockholm. She joined the Firm in September 2017.
Prior to joining the Firm, she was a trainee at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, working with free trade agreements and anti-dumping-related matters.
Seher focuses her practice on commercial agreements, international trade compliance and sanctions. She regularly advises clients on developing and implementing trade compliance procedures, dealing with both export controls and sanctions. Seher has a broad experience working with different distribution solutions such as by agency, commission and franchising and regularly assists clients in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and supports clients in optimizing multinational supply chain strategies.
Seher also advises national and international clients on all aspects of European and Swedish pharmaceutical and medical devices. In particular, she provides legal advice on regulatory issues regarding the market access, manufacturing, distribution and advertising of medicinal products and medical devices.
