Marlena Binkiewicz

Marlena has experience in all aspects of real estate law, from due diligence analysis to post-investment stages. She has coordinated the finalization of real estate projects on numerous occasions. She has experience in real estate transactions (both share and asset deals) and construction projects in Poland and the MENA region. She has also advised many international and domestic companies on lease agreements and service agreements.

Marlena has enriched her professional experience by working in the Real Estate team in Dubai as part of a secondment program. Throughout this program, she had the opportunity to participate in contract negotiations, such as hotel management agreements, technical agreements, service agreements, and license agreements. Marlena also participated in share deal transactions in which one of the assets owned by the company was a developed property in the form of a hotel or office building.

• Assisted logistics developers in Poland on an asset transaction concerning logistic projects in Poland.
• Team member assisting Google on the acquisition of The Warsaw HUB office complex in Warsaw.
• Supported the transaction related to the purchase of a majority stake in the Krakow-based developer Sento.
• Team member of the transaction of acquisition of two office buildings in Warsaw.
• Participated in a project related to Olayan Financing Company’s acquisition of a 24.5% stake in ICD Brookfield Place, located in the Dubai International Financial Center.
