Neda Bahador

Neda Bahador is an associate in the Firm's Dubai office.

Neda is a corporate lawyer with a focus on corporate reorganizations and restructurings, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures, and corporate governance. She also assists the wider team with general corporate governance and regulatory matters including product compliance and consumer protection issues.

She also has experience working in other UAE related legal areas such as commercial litigation, corporate insurance and insurance subrogation.

Prior to joining Baker McKenzie, Neda worked for one of the largest international law firms in the Middle East.
