Biography
Bartłomiej Babańczyk is an attorney-at-law and a senior associate in Baker McKenzie Warsaw’s Employment team.
Bartlomiej graduated from the University of Warsaw in 2015, earned a PGDip in employment law in 2018 and passed the bar exam in 2020. For over ten years, he has been assisting international corporations with employment matters in Poland.
Bartłomiej is recommended for employment in Poland by Legal 500.
Practice Focus
Bartlomiej's practice focuses on employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and cooperation with unions and Works Councils.
He has supported clients with the launch, internal reorganization and daily operations of a number of Shared Services Centres (SSCs) in Poland. He also has experience as an in-house lawyer on a secondment basis gained with a key market player.
