Sophie Armstrong
Biography
Sophie is an associate in the Firm's London office and is a member of the International Commercial & Trade Practice Group. Sophie joined Baker McKenzie as a trainee in 2018, prior to which she had spent time working in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office, and qualified in 2020.
Practice Focus
Sophie advises clients on international trade (trade sanctions, export controls and customs) and compliance with anti-bribery and corruption laws. Her experience includes assisting clients with internal and agency-led investigations, voluntary disclosures and other submissions to government authorities. She advises clients in a number of sectors including energy, manufacturing, telecoms, retail, financial services and consumer goods.
