Biography

Adrien Albert joined the Tax Litigation team of Baker McKenzie in Paris in 2020. He mainly focusses on tax audits and litigation. Before joining the Firm, Adrien completed several internships in international law firms.

Practice Focus

Adrien assists leading global and local clients in their tax audits and before French courts. He is also involved in negotiations with the French tax authorities. He has experience in various industry sectors with a particular focus on digital economy and developed a particular expertise in the areas of digital services tax, permanent establishment and withholding tax.
