Khalid is a junior associate in our Riyadh office. He joined Baker McKenzie in January 2023. He is admitted to practice law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Representative Legal Matters
- Advised The Savola Group on executing three interlinked transactions, which included a SAR 6 billion rights issue, a capital reduction and the distribution of Savola’s entire 34% stake in Almarai Company to eligible shareholders of Savola.
- Advised Saint-Gobain Middle East Holding SAL on the 100% acquisition of Global Gypsum Company Ltd (SAR 67,500,000).
- Assisted a listed Saudi catering group with the 55% acquisition of a prominent catering services company (SAR 400,000,000).
- Advised a data center infrastructure provider and an industrial services company as vendor, on the complete sale and minority stake sale of their respective businesses.
- Assisted Arabian Mills for Food Products Company with its Initial Public Offering on the main market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) (SAR 3.39 billion)
- Advised Dar Al-Balad Business Solutions, a prominent solutions provider in Saudi Arabia on obtaining the Capital Market Authority’s approval for its Initial Public Offering on the main market of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
- Prepared and maintained regulatory inventories for a multinational financial services firm by developing comprehensive lists with guidance commentary of legal sources applicable to its entities in Saudi Arabia (i.e., Corporate and Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management, Antitrust, Anti-Bribery, Corruption, and Anti-Tying).
- Provided a wide range of legal services to Saudi and international clients, including but not limited to regulatory and corporate governance matters.
