
Helen Aihevba
Biography
Helen Aihevba is a junior associate in Baker McKenzie's office in Washington, DC, and a member of the North American Transactional Practice Group. She began her career with the Firm as a summer associate in 2021.
Helen routinely participates in pro bono projects, including assisting in drafting the LGBTQ+ Youth Rights Mapping Project and the Homeless Youth Handbook for various US jurisdictions.
Practice Focus
Helen practices corporate law in the areas of corporate global reorganizations, funds, capital markets, and M&A. She represents major multinational companies in a broad range of complex corporate and transactional matters, including cross-border reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance issues, fund regulatory compliance, and general corporate and securities law matters.
