As companies reassess sourcing, inventory planning and supplier relationships, Nat emphasized the need to prepare for future disruption before the next crisis emerges. He advised businesses to identify key decision-makers, evaluate when production shifts become commercially viable and revisit contracts to build in greater flexibility. “The new baseline is persistent geopolitical volatility. It is not a temporary disruption, and long-term trade stability is not returning,” he commented.
