Darcy Down is a leader in Baker McKenzie’s California Transactional Group, advising on complex cross-border M&A, carve-outs and global reorganizations. She has played a key role in expanding the Transactional team in Los Angeles and recently led several high-value, multijurisdictional transactions across key industries. Tyler Hilton advises private equity firms and strategic investors on complex M&A and investment transactions in the US and globally, with a strong focus on cross-border deals. He is also active in pro bono efforts, including representing asylum seekers and supporting wildfire recovery initiatives, while contributing to mentorship and thought leadership within the Firm and broader legal community.
