Baker McKenzie legal advisor to Atari in its investment in Thunderful and the subsequent private offer to the minority shareholders

Thunderful Group AB (publ) has carried out a directed new share issue of SEK 35 million to the company’s principal shareholder, Atari SA. In connection with the share issue, Atari requested to de-list Thunderful’s shares from Nasdaq First North Growth Market in Stockholm. Following the delisting, Atari extended a private offer to Thunderful’s minority shareholders to acquire all remaining shares in the company.
