His work spans multiple sectors, with significant experience in healthcare and life sciences and technology, where he has guided companies through complex financing structures to support innovation and growth. Per also counsels public companies on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Michael specializes in a broad spectrum of corporate finance and capital markets transactions, providing counsel to issuers and investment banks on IPOs, high-yield bond issuances, private placements, and SPAC-related transactions.
