A person/company granted investment promotion by the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) is required to submit project progress reports in the form prescribed by the BOI until it obtains the operation commencement license from the BOI. The BOI has revised the required number of submissions per year and the applicable submission deadlines.

Failure to submit the report on two consecutive occasions may result in the revocation of the rights and privileges granted by the BOI.
