Alexandra Zrain
Biography
Alexandra Zrain is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Private Equity Practice Group in Stockholm. She works with leading Nordic and European private equity firms and their portfolio companies as well as international corporates.
Alexandra joined Baker McKenzie in 2021 while pursuing her studies at Uppsala University. During her time at Baker McKenzie, Alexandra has worked in various roles such as Summer Associate and Thesis Trainee, before becoming an Associate in 2025.
Practice Focus
Alexandra focuses her practice mainly on advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies, as well as international corporate clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, incentive programs and add-on acquisitions for platform investments.
