Sali G. Wissa is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice group of Baker McKenzie in Chicago.
Sali advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including offerings of debt and equity securities, M&A, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and other strategic transactions and investments. She also advises public companies on SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance issues. Prior to joining the Firm, Sali served as associate editor of the University of Illinois Law Review.
