Hannah Athena R. Victa
Biography
Hannah Athena R. Victa is an associate at Quisumbing Torres. She works with various practice groups across the firm, including Corporate and Transactional, Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Data and Technology, and Employment & Compensation.
Athena obtained her juris doctor with second honors from Ateneo de Manila University in 2025 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2026.
Practice Focus
Athena’s practice focuses on employment and corporate advisory, including domestic employment advice, employment litigation, and multijurisdictional employment matters such as global mobility. She also supports corporate governance, compliance, reorganizations, and private equity transactions, with additional experience in M&A, commercial agreements, employee compensation and benefits, and regulatory advisory.
Prior to this, Athena worked as an executive legal assistant and corporate paralegal, where she supported clients on litigation, bankruptcy, corporate compliance, and labor matters. Her work included drafting legal documents and assisting in administrative proceedings.
