Karla Vera
Biography
Karla Vera is an associate in the Litigation and Government Enforcement Practice Group in Dallas. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Karla served as an inaugural law clerk for the Honorable Irma Carrillo Ramirez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit from 2023–2025.
Karla graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief for the Law Review Publishing, Accessible Law, and as a Legal Writing Teaching Fellow.
Practice Focus
Karla represents clients across several industries in state and federal court proceedings, and domestic and international disputes. Her practice encompasses all aspects of dispute resolution, including crisis management, pre-suit investigations, and all phases of litigation.
