Biography
Stephanie Van Laethem is an associate in the International Commercial & Trade Practice Group of the Brussels office. She joined Baker McKenzie in 2025.
Practice Focus
As a member of the International Commercial & Trade department, Stephanie advises national and international clients on a wide range of commercial law matters in both 2B2 and B2C contexts, including the drafting and negotiating of distribution and e-commerce agreements. She also represents clients in commercial disputes before the Belgian courts.
