Markéta Ulčáková is a member of the Restructuring & Insolvency and Dispute Resolution practice groups at the Prague office.
Practice Focus
Markéta’s experience in the field of dispute resolution includes the representation of Czech and foreign clients in civil proceedings, insolvency proceedings as well as foreign and domestic arbitration proceedings.
Her experience in the field of restructuring and insolvency includes advising insolvency administrators, banks and various other creditors as well as debtors on local and cross-border insolvency cases. Markéta also frequently advises clients on insolvency disputes concerning receivables registered by clients.
