Mira routinely advises national and international clients in various industries and has particular experience in providing legal advice to clients in the technology sectors, film industry, as well as the healthcare sector. She also supports our clients in navigating an increasingly complex regulatory landscape for a sustainable future and assists in matters related to climate adaptation, carbon dioxide storage and cleantech. Furthermore, Mira regularly advises on commercial and regulatory matters in connection with domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as IPOs.
