• Advised a multinational mobile telecommunication company in its acquisition of 100% of a digital hospital and life cover company by drafting the transitional services agreement, IP deed of assignment and the sale agreement from an IP and technology law perspective. *
• Advised a South African government department on ownership of intellectual property in software by preparing the relevant legal opinion. *
• Advised Mr Price Group Limited in relation to its acquisition of the Studio 88 Group by running the due diligence investigation from an intellectual property and technology law perspective, preparing the report and recommendations on findings. *
• Advised the Massmart Group with the white labelling of the OneCart application, an on-demand grocery delivery application, to Woolworths. *
• Advised the Massmart Group with implementing an online marketplace. *
• Advised Old Mutual in outsourcing its IT services by drafting the Master Services Agreement for IT outsourcing. *
