Mark advises clients on a full range of UAE contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including the drafting of all employment related documents (employment contracts, company policies, settlement agreements, termination letters, confidentiality and restrictive covenant agreements, tripartite agreements), and providing legal and commercial strategic advice on senior employee exits, disciplinaries, terminations, employee moves, restrictive covenants and general day-to-day employment law issues.

Mark also has in-depth expertise, and regularly advises, on DIFC and ADGM contentious matters before the DIFC Small Claims Tribunal, the DIFC Court of First Instance, and ADGM Court of First Instance, and advises on all employment aspects of corporate transactions and projects.

Mark works with national and multinational clients across a variety of industry areas, including technology, retail, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, finance and construction.
