Biography

Kalev Tamm is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Tax Practice Group in Toronto. He is a problem solver who is focused on assisting clients successfully navigate complex domestic and multinational tax issues.

Practice Focus

Kalev's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing and capital market transactions. Kalev has experience advising clients operating in private equity, real estate, pharmaceuticals, natural resources, consumer goods and retail.
