Biography
Alma Strand Al-Ameer is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Private Equity Practice Group in Stockholm.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2024, she was a mergers and acquisitions associate at Marsh and a trainee at another international law firm.
Practice Focus
Alma focuses her practice mainly on advising private equity firms, their portfolio companies and international corporates on domestic and cross-border transactions.
