Jennifer Stecco
Biography
Jennifer Stecco is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Employment and Compensation Practice, based in the Miami office. She is the co-chair of Baker McKenzie's BakerPride Committee and Allies Network. Prior to joining the Firm, Jennifer worked as an associate at another international law firm where she advised clients on executive compensation, tax and benefits matters.
Practice Focus
Jennifer routinely advises clients on executive compensation and incentive arrangements. She counsels clients on compensation tax issues and corporate governance and securities regulation, SEC reporting and stock exchange and SEC compliance needs.
