Ross Staine

Ross Staine represents clients on US and international tax matters. He specializes in corporate and international tax planning. He regularly advises on the structuring of domestic and cross-border transactions and counsels clients on a variety of global tax projects, including in particular multijurisdictional integration and restructuring following cross-border acquisitions. He has substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of a broad array of transactions, including taxable and tax-free mergers and acquisitions, spin-off and other divisive transactions, joint ventures, financing arrangements, and debt and equity offerings.
