- Represented Snowflake Inc. in its USD 800 million acquisition of Streamlit, Inc., a company that specializes in simplifying and accelerating the creation of data applications, and in its acquisition of Poland-based Applica, an AI platform for document understanding.
- Represented Atlassian Corporation in its acquisition of Rewatch, a platform that uses AI to optimize virtual meetings, and Borneo, a data security platform that helps organizations discover, assess, and remediate data risks while maintaining continuous compliance.
- Represented Mozilla Corporation in its acquisition of Fakespot and Anonym.
- Represented Salesforce in its acquisition of PredictSpring.
- Represented Adobe in its acquisition of Rephrase.ai.
