Biography
Julianne Beatrice Rosario is an associate at Quisumbing Torres.
Bea obtained her Juris Doctor degree in the Intellectual Property Track from the Ateneo de Manila University School of Law. She graduated with second honors in 2024 and received commendations for her participation in several international moot court competitions such as the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and the Asia Cup International Law Moot Court Competition. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2025.
Practice Focus
Bea handles general corporate matters, including corporate maintenance and services, the establishment and setup of entities and post-incorporation requirements. She also performs contract reviews and due diligence, conducts corporate housekeeping, and manages the dissolution of domestic and foreign corporations.
