Biography
Max Roemer is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Transactional Practice Group in the Los Angeles office. Max has experience in various practice areas, including mergers & acquisitions and cross-border transactions.
During law school, Max served as the president of the Student Bar Association and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.

- Advised ICU Medical, Inc. on forming a joint venture with Otsuka Pharmaceutical Factory (a subsidiary of Otsuka Holdings Co., Ltd) for the production and distribution of IV solutions in North America.
- Advised New Water Capital, a private equity investment firm, on acquiring Dutch Gold Honey, a producer of ethically sourced honey.
- Advised Riveron, a leading business advisory and consulting firm backed by Kohlberg & Company, on acquiring Effectus Group, a San Jose-based accounting advisory and financial operations firm specializing in advising high-growth technology and life sciences companies.
