Biography
Aimiel Marian F. Reyes is an associate at Quisumbing Torres.
She earned Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Manila University School of Law, where she graduated 8th in her batch with Second Honors. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2024 and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2018. She earned her BS in Accountancy from De La Salle University.
Practice Focus
Aimiel’s practice focuses on Philippine and international tax law, encompassing a range of tax advisory and tax controversy matters. She assists both local and international clients with registrations, treaty applications, audits, refund claims, asset transfers, mergers and transfer pricing.
Aimiel has advised clients on customs and international trade matters and handled the importation and exportation license of one of the world’s largest technology and electronics provider. She has handled tax advice and title registrations for multiple high-value real estate transactions worth PHP 100 million (USD 2 million). Her experience spans industries such as technology, manufacturing, finance, international trade and non-profit corporations.
