Shiela Marie Rabaya
Biography
Shiela Marie L. Rabaya is an associate with the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Quisumbing Torres.
Shiela graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 2020, and received the Dean's Medal for Academic Excellence. She recently passed the 2022 Bar Examinations with Exemplary Performance.
Practice Focus
Shiela's practice focuses on general dispute resolution, including civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, and regulatory / administrative matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was part of the Intellectual Property Department and Data Security and Privacy Group of a top-tier local firm. She handled IP litigation cases, local and foreign trademark portfolios, licensing and franchising matters of clients, and provided advisory work on data privacy and security concerns. She is also experienced on contract review, and advisory work on food and labelling law legal concerns.
