Izabela focuses on corporate, commercial and compliance matters. She has advised major multinational clients on corporate reorganization projects, such as post-acquisition integrations, domestic and cross-border mergers, spin-offs, carve-outs and cash repatriation programs, as well as mergers and acquisitions transactions and day-to-day corporate maintenance. Her compliance experience includes anti-money laundering regulations, beneficial ownership disclosures, as well as compliance due diligence and gap reviews. She also has considerable knowledge in all matters related to qualified electronic signatures.

• Advised on numerous domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, on the side of both the buyer and seller side, in various sectors, including IT, finance, real estate, services and manufacturing.
• Coordinated various local reorganizations (mergers, demergers, spin-offs, carve-outs, transformations, etc.) and advised on the Polish aspects of global reorganization projects, including pre-transaction restructurings, post-acquisition integrations and non-transactional transformations (numerous sectors, including IT, healthcare, real estate, tobacco and manufacturing).
• Assisted clients in making beneficial ownership determinations and filings on a local basis, preparing beneficial ownership documentation.
• Advised on the implementation and assessment of internal compliance practices, and corporate governance rules.
• Assisted clients in obtaining and installing the qualified electronic signatures.
