Elena focuses her practice on corporate, M&A and private equity transactions, regularly advising Spanish and international clients on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, restructurings and corporate governance matters. Her experience includes managing sophisticated cross‑border transactions, coordinating multijurisdictional teams and supporting clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle, from due diligence and negotiation to closing and post‑closing implementation. She has advised clients in sectors such as industrial production, manufacturing, distribution and technology.

• Advised MHP on the acquisition of 92% of the share capital of the Spanish company Uvesa, the second largest poultry producer in Spain.
• Advised Abac PE Fund on the acquisition of Grupo Agroponiente, an agro-business group, from more than 100 sellers.
• Advised Autransa, S.L. on the sale of 100% of its share capital held by Inversiones Eneas, S.L., Doncella La Vie, S.L.U. and Anakena Enterprise, S.L. to ESP Solutions Holdings, S.L. Autransa is a family company engaged in the business of road freight transport and has subsidiaries in Spain, Romania and Morocco.
• Advised Elastofirm B.V. (Egeria) on the purchase of 96.07% of the share capital of Siliconas Silam, S.A. (and, indirectly, its subsidiary Dicoinsa, S.L.U.) from its shareholders Espiga Equity Fund FCR and eight other minority shareholders.
• Advised GED PE Fund (now Buenavista) and other minority shareholders on the sale of Envases Soplados, a PET specialized group, to Grupo SAMCA.
• Advised Allegion Public Limited Company, on the acquisition, through one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, Cisa Cerraduras, S.A., of 100% of the shares of the Spanish company Montajes Electronicos Dorcas S.L., specialized in the design and manufacture of locks, from its 11 shareholders.
• Advised the shareholders of Hoteles Tecnológicos, S.A. on the transfer of 100% of the share capital of the Company to Atelier Hospitality Holding, S.L., and subsequent partial reinvestment of the purchase price in the Purchaser by some of the sellers. Advice for the cancellation of the existing financing and guarantees.
• Advised isEazy, a technology platform dedicated to training employees of large companies, on the sale of 70% to ProA Capital.
• Advised ISP on the acquisition of three Spanish schools and the disposal of one Spanish school.
• Advised Inspired Education Group on the acquisition of one Spanish school.
• Advised Sodexo Soluciones de Motivación España, S.L.U. and Sodexo Pass Romania, S.r.l. on the sale of Gym Services Online, S.L.U. (Gympass) to GPNL International Holding, B.V.
• Advised Siemens Industry Software on the acquisition of a defense software (FORAN) from Sener Ingenieria y Sistemas, S.A.

Elena is an active member of the Madrid Sustainability Committee and leads its community service pillar.
