Kathryn Peters is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Tax Practice Group, based in the Washington DC office.
Practice Focus
Kathryn advises on all stages of federal tax controversy disputes, including audit, IRS appeals, and litigation. She has advised on transfer pricing audits, statutory interpretation of the Internal Revenue Code, and challenges to the validity of Treasury regulations.
