Agathe Perron
Biography
Agathe Perron is an associate in Baker McKenzie’s Geneva office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Investigations, Compliance & Ethics Practice Groups.
She graduated from the University of Fribourg and the Center for Transnational Legal Studies in London. Prior to joining the Firm, she worked as a trainee in commercial and investment arbitration for an independent arbitrator and completed her internship in a leading Swiss law firm.
Agathe was admitted to the bar in 2023.
Practice Focus
Agathe assists and represents Swiss and foreign clients in national and cross-border complex litigation. She advises individual and corporate clients on commercial and criminal law matters, in particular, white-collar crime.
Other areas of her practice include internal investigation and compliance.
