Anna Orlander
Biography
Anna Orlander is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group based in Stockholm. She advises clients on structuring, implementing and managing domestic and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate reorganisations such as carve-outs and post-acquisition integration.
Practice Focus
Anna rejoined Baker McKenzie in 2026 after having spent four years in-house as Head of M&A Legal of the listed multinational video games and entertainment company Embracer Group, where she had a key role in executing the company’s M&A strategy. She first joined Baker McKenzie as a trainee in 2007 and was a partner with the Firm from 2017 to 2021.
