David Nyman
Biography
David Nyman is a member of Baker McKenzie’s Corporate Practice Group in Stockholm. He joined Baker McKenzie as an associate in 2026, having previously served as a thesis trainee within the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm, he gained experience at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority and another law firm.
Practice Focus
David focuses his practice mainly on corporate law, domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and matters related to corporate governance and corporate reorganizations.
