Biography

Maguid is an associate in Baker McKenzie's Employment & Compensation Law Practice Group in Toronto.

Prior to joining the Firm, Maguid summered at an international full-service firm in Toronto and articled with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General at Crown Law Office - Civil. Following articling, Maguid clerked for Justice John B. Laskin at the Federal Court of Appeal and then for Justice Malcolm Rowe at the Supreme Court of Canada.

Maguid received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 2010. He owned and operated a chain of fitness facilities in the greater Toronto area before obtaining his law degree at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.

Practice Focus

Maguid's practice includes employment law, administrative and public law, and commercial litigation.
