Biography
Diksha is a senior associate in Baker McKenzie's Dispute Resolution team in Sydney. She specialises in complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution across a broad range of sectors. Her experience includes contractual disputes, class actions, appellate proceedings and conducting and managing various interlocutory aspects of large commercial litigation and class actions.
Practice Focus
Diksha acts for domestic and international clients in complex disputes across Australian jurisdictions, particularly in the Federal Court of Australia and the NSW Supreme Court. She has significant experience managing large-scale litigated cases, including evidence preparation, and trial and appeal work.
