
David McIsaac
Biography
David is an Associate in Baker McKenzie's Employment & Compensation Law Practice Group in Toronto.
David advises employers on a full range of labour, employment, human rights and compensation matters, providing practical, responsive legal and business advice.
Prior to joining the Firm, David summered, articled and held an associate position at a global labour and employment law firm in Toronto. David is concurrently pursuing a Master of Taxation (LLM) at Georgetown University Law Center, with a certificate in Employee Benefits.
David received his Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school David competed in the National Labour Arbitration Competition. He also volunteered with Law in Action within Schools (LAWS) and at Ontario's Pay Equity Office.
Before attending law school, David received a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Commerce from York University. David also worked in compensation analytics for a prominent Canadian retailer and several of Canada's largest banks.
