Marco Marazzi is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Milan office. He frequently advises European and Chinese clients on private and public M&A transactions, focusing on the manufacturing and financial services sectors.
Mr. Marazzi’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions in China and Europe. Over his 20 years of experience, he has worked on a number of bilateral investment projects, and advised on a variety of legal matters such as technology licensing and real estate issues.

Advised Metro AG and its subsidiary Media-Saturn on the establishment of a number of consumer electronic stores in China and related real estate matters.
