María Jesús Mansilla Llona
Biography
María Jesús is a dynamic young attorney with experience in mining law, corporate governance, and environmental matters. She provides strategic legal counsel to leading mining companies, focusing on governance, contract negotiations, and the management of mining concessions.
She joined the Firm’s Energy, Mining and Infrastructure Practice Group in Santiago as a junior associate in November of 2023. She graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School in 2023, with two votes of distinction.
María Jesús has been a teaching assistant for Private Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile Law School since 2021. Previously, she had been a teaching assistant for Public International Law (2019-2020), Criminal Procedural Law (2021-2022) and Administrative Law (2020-2024) at the same university.
