Practice Focus
Emilie primarily advises on European and national regulations relating to renewable energy projects and low-carbon emission technologies, such as hydrogen and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS).
She has experience in drafting and reviewing power purchase agreements (PPAs) and advising on low-carbon technologies, climate regulations, and decarbonization initiatives such as the EU Emissions Trading System (ETS), the European Deforestation Regulation (EUDR), and the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM).
Recently, Emilie has been extensively engaged in providing legal counsel on the development of the green hydrogen market, drafting hydrogen sales and purchase agreements and advising on the latest European Hydrogen and Gas Package.
Her legal experience also encompasses detailed analyses of French energy law.
