Francesco Macrì

Francesco brings extensive experience advising institutional investors, funds, developers and asset managers, both domestic and international, active in the real estate sector. Over the course of his career, Francesco has advised clients on acquisitions and disposals of real estate assets, corporate transactions, and development projects, with a particular focus on managing and coordinating complex portfolio transactions, both domestic and cross-border, across all major asset classes, including logistics, offices, hospitality and leisure, residential, student housing and retail. He also has significant experience advising on the management, enhancement and development of real estate portfolios, including lease agreements and business leases, private procurement contracts, management agreements and real estate services contracts.
