Nicholas Macaluso
Biography
Nicholas is an associate in the Global Equity Services group in Baker McKenzie's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on the areas of international equity plans and employee benefits. He has been recognized by Chambers USA as an "Associate to Watch" for Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation with clients noting, "Nick is detail-oriented. We don't need to be experts in every country and can rely on him to be so."
Practice Focus
He advises clients on the design and implementation of their international equity compensation plan as well as employee equity considerations in connection with corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions and spin-offs.
