Biography
Zekun Liu is a senior economist and works in New York office for Baker & McKenzie Consulting LLC. Ms. Liu has assisted multinational corporations with a wide range of transfer pricing issues, including documentation, planning, advance pricing agreements (APAs), and audit/controversy support. Ms. Liu also has experience in preparing valuations of business enterprises and intangible assets.
Ms. Liu has worked with clients in a broad range of industries, including fashion, pharmaceutical, automotive and retail. Ms. Liu prepares economic and financial data analyses for transfer pricing projects that present clients with effective tax strategies associated with intercompany transactions.
Practice Focus
Ms. Liu has worked on a broad range of tax matters, but focuses primarily
on analysing cross-border transactions from a transfer pricing perspective
and has experience in audit support, transfer pricing planning, and
documentation. Prior to joining Baker &
McKenzie Consulting LLC in 2015, Ms. Liu served
as a Transfer Pricing Consultant at a Big Four accounting firm.
