Fleur Linssen
Biography
Fleur Linssen is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group of Baker McKenzie's Amsterdam office. Fleur joined Baker McKenzie in 2025. Before joining Baker McKenzie, Fleur did several internships in the field of banking & finance and litigation.
Practice Focus
Fleur focuses on acquisition finance and reorganizations, as well as debt and equity capital markets. She advises banks, financial institutions and borrowers on local and cross-border financing and real estate transactions, with additional experience in Dutch regulatory law.
Representative Legal Matters
- Advised Main Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in IQ Messenger, a leading provider of a vendor-neutral critical communication platform for healthcare institutions.
- Advised a European infrastructure group on the refinancing of its credit facilities, including coordinating the conditions precedent process and preparing transaction and security documentation as local borrower’s counsel.
- Advised a multinational on an incremental term loan and revolving credit facility upsize in connection with a cross-border acquisition.
