Biography
Jiawei "Lin" is an associate in the North America Transactional Practice Group of Baker McKenzie’s New York office. Prior to joining the Firm, Lin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Philip Bentley and the Honorable John P. Mastando III of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of New York.

Lin advises clients on domestic and cross-border restructuring and liquidations.
