Biography
Vlastimil Kreysa is a member of the Firm’s Employment & Labor Practice Group. He regularly advises on Czech and European labor and employment law matters.
Practice Focus
Mr. Kreysa regularly assists clients in drafting employment agreements, agreements on performance of office, internal employer policies, share option plans and documents relating to dismissals and transfers of employees. He also advises on trade union and employee council issues, labor agencies, occupational health and safety regulations, non-compete clauses , and compliance with social security and health insurance regulations.
